How do I create new weapon entries? I'm trying to make new weapons and armor but I'm struglling on the following.

1. How to create a new data entry (for example, OBJECT_NEW_SWORD), so I can add my new weapon to the game rather than replacing another.
2. Where to find the textures for the old weapons, and where I should put my new textures.
3. Same as above, but with the models
