can't open textures.big [message #21746]

so, I'm trying to mod Fable TLC for xbox. I FTPed the needed files from my xbox, decompressed textures.biz, convert it with Xbox Tools, but when I try to open textures.big in FE (beta 4 or whatever) it won't open. I can open names.bin, and game.bin just fine, but can't open any .big files. anyone know why?
