I will not take credit for this b/c FableFreak sent me this but i dont think he will mind if i share it with others..(this is using FE

okay, to make a new weapon by linking meshes and textures, all you need to do is this.
New Mesh
1: open FE
2: double click graphics.big
3: find the mesh of any sword
4: open the mesh
5: download the .x file of the blade you want
6: click load
7: select the .x file
8: click apply changes (DO NOT SAVE MODS and keep the mesh window open)
9: change symbol name
Textures on new mesh
1: open the textures.big
2: scroll down to bottom and then go up until you find the entry you want (ex for Iron longsword \Dev\BBBProjects\Fable1_5Release\Fable\Resources\Art3\Weapon s\Texture\SwordLong02_Iron_24.tga)
3: click open new
4: load the weapon's texture as a DXT1
5: change the symbol name
6: then apply changes
7: then copy the texture ID
8: go to materials in the mesh window
9: and make a new entry with any material name
10: change the base texture id from 0 to the id of the new texture
11: apply changes (DO NOT SAVE MODS!)
making the fmp
1: go to creat fable mod package
2: drag the mesh from the graphics column into the window opened
3: go to the textures and drag the new texture into the window
4: save fmp and exit fable explorer
5: load fmp and you have a new weapon
