Not without a model edit. It'd be easier to add a small house or hut somewhere around there, given there's room for it.

We'd need to find a way to get rid of all the trees there too. The only way i've ever seen it done is by changing all of the textures of the free to an Alpha texture. But that gets rid of all the trees in the game.. Do you know another way?
Hex editing the stb_levs for the maps in that region, finding the graphics.big IDs for trees and other flora crap and either replacing it with a dummy mesh entry or changing the height to make the trees subterranean.
