Honestly, are you just trying to give the most vague instructions possible? And to Bankai:

Under My Games>Fable>Tattoos>There'll be a readme. It'll tell you everything that you need to know to get custom tats in game. If you don't want 'em to be so crappy quality, you'll have to replace an existing tat in FE, or make a new entry. I would suggest getting the low quality to work first though Wink
