1. Open up Fable Explorer
2. Click 'File' and then choose 'Load Fable Mod Package'. Select the FMP that you downloaded.
3. Click 'Actions' and choose 'Save Mods and Run Fable'
4. Wait. Depending on the PC you're using and the mod you installed, it may take anywhere from 5 seconds to 5 minutes.

... It's as simple as that.
