Eww, nasty. It's possible to make that monstrosity.

If you absolutely have to have one for each hand the only way it would look right is severe editing of the CAppearanceDef using CAppearanceDefSucks (the animations exist dammit) or by setting it up to use punching animations, lame.

The other, more conventional option is to have just one and use it like an ordinary sword.

I'm so proud of our newcomers, grasping the concept of the edit button. Very Happy
