Exporting from Blender: File|Export|DirectX - Export All - Give it a name and click Export DirectX. This isn't a Blender help site, this is. I strongly recommend checking out the Noob to Pro wikibook, I've heard it's helped a lot of people.

From what I've heard, you'll need to make it Fable-ready with another program. I don't know what or why, but morerunes would.

Importing to FE: Either create a new model entry or hijack an existing one, and click Load. Assign the textures and you're set.
