Error: "The output char buffer is too small to contain the decoded characters, encoding 'Unicode (UTF-8)' fallback 'System.Text.DecoderReplacementFallback'. Parameter name: chars."
Cause: Trying to dump from an FE-compiled .WAD.
Solution: Get a clean .WAD file off of your retail disc #2.

do i need to download .net framework v2.0.50727 ???
Not having .net Framework is not the problem here... but FreeRoam either requires .net Framework 1.0 or 1.1, not sure. If you have 3.0 or 3.5, you don't need to worry about it, as it is included.
