*go into the ''tools'' part of the forum look for fable explorer
*Download it and open it with winzip
*run the exe and go to textures .big (in the program)
*Scroll down untill you find the eyes
*Export the texture and edit it
*Import the new texture and save mods and run fable (or if you wanna publish it go to file create fable mod package and drag all you'r edited part's into there)

Hope this helps ^^ my english sux so tell me if i'm unclear
