Here is the thing on XP SP3 the game ran on my worthless nVidia 8300 GS video card with all the settings one above default and 2x AA at 1680 X 1050. but on Vista SP1 it can't run anything above default.. (if settigs very from person to person then all the textures and stuff one setting above the lowest) It also only says i have 1GB of RAM (3GB actuality)
But it runs chunky. I have it set up to disable visual themes and extras when i play. But it still lags...
EDIT: Okay tried disabling Aero Glass theme(manually not using compatibility), No luck, Turned to Windows Standard nothing, Windows Classic nothing, Still having performance issues with all my RAM not showing up and sluggish gameplay with anything above defaults.
Running game in and out of XP SP2 compatibility mode. Disabling visual themes when playing, disabling desktop composition and running the game as an admin. Still no luck.
downloaded the full version of DX9 from

Still having no luck.
EDIT2: Checked and all my Drivers are up to date. I'm running out of ideas, Anyone who can help me please post.
