While very frequently I see many buds that need nipping, I fail to nip said buds as quickly as they come in because I'm rarely in the mood for it.
The problem is simple, something is wrong with the Hero's CREATURE entry, and fixing it could be as simple as relinking something in the CREATURE entry if that was all that was done, either manually or by using a mod, or it could be a little more difficult and may require changing the contents of what is being linked to (again, anything edited manually or by use of a mod). It could be the mesh being used, it could be the facial expressions, it could be the CAppearanceDef, it could be any number of things.
If you have even a fraction of know-how, you should be able to manually fix it. Else, replacing the game.bin with the last stable version or with an original should fix it, exception being if the problem is in the graphics.big, which is highly unlikely.
