I was wondering if someone could try to make these items for me, if these items are impossible to make please tell me 
'Candy'
Desciprtion: Some guy gave you this 'candy' but it looks dodgy...very very dodgy...

Value - 4000
Effect: Boosts speed of attack
Piece of Metal
Descripition: Shiny...shiny shiny shiny...

Value - 10000
Effect: None
Moro Bar
Descripition: What hell man? Since when did we have moro bars in this time? What is this world coming to???

Effect: Heals both health and mana, same amount as potions.
Fireworks
Description: Pretty lights...

Effect: Makes lights go everywhere.
Cocane
Description: This makes you feel very very happy.

Effect: Same as being drunk.
Note: Also if possible, make this shareable like beer, and also is possible, make it so you can give it to kids.
Potion of Insanity
Description: This potion makes you go completely insane. In microscopic writing it says 'may contain traces of nuts'.

Effect: Makes you run around all over the place.
If some things can not be done like effects or some features of the item can not be done, please still make but say it will not have the effects. Also please make all items buyable at the Hero's Guild tavern. Thanks in advance to anybody who makes these items.
