Help with the Hesperus 24 trainer [message #47093]

Um I hope this is in the right forum but if not do with it what you will...

Anyways I downloaded the 24 trainer again because after a while I must have deleted it or something. What my problem is, when I try to extract it the trainer itself gets blocked and I obviously can't run it, so when I'm done installing the box says something about support so I click that and the steps say to go to start>My computer>then navigate to the blocked program (which I can't find)>and then rightclick and unblock it. So my question is: how do I find the program and how do I unblock it? Please help.
