The program It's talking about is the Hesperus 24 trainer
find it in windows explorer and right click it then It should be under properties or something.

NOTE: the trainer is located wherever you downloaded it to
NOTE2:right click on its shortcut on the desktop then click properties go to the shortcut tab and click find target.
