Small problem with Cbox [message #52257]

Hey I'm new and having a problem with Cbox. When I start the program an error appears saying "Your modding environment is not setup properly. Do you want ChocolateBox to fix it?" and when i click yes it says "Cannot create a file when that file already exists." then I click OK it says "Modding environment is not OK. application will not exit." I have tried replacing the entire Data folder but the message still appears. I'm sure this is a problem that can be solved easily and i will appreciate any help.
