I think the snowspire tats are fairly nice, but I'm thinking maybe they need to be outlined, unless your character is old (which might not even effect tattoos), it looks to smudged, which is different from blurry. Blurry, it's just crappy detail, smudge, it doesn't have straight outlines...something like that.
