Arcane tattoos as in, what, will markings?
If so, there are two ways to do it.
In the old days, the idea was to just overwrite the will textures with blanks.
In the current age, the idea is to remove the will texture morphing from the texture morphing array in the CHeroMorphDef tied to the Hero CREATURE entry.
