Alright, here you go.
This FMP adds two mesh entries, one with the center piece and one without. Both use the same collision mesh as the original which didn't provide collision for what was removed so that won't be a problem.

All that you have to do is pick which one you want to use and use that as the mesh for the oracle OBJECT entry. It's positioned exactly the same so even the TNG script can be left alone.
