Hey, i noticed this before i even started modding the game so i'm pretty sure its just a screwup in the game, and i'd like to see if anyone else has this.

good bodyguards. after i hire them, they keep on whistling at me and only follow me at a distance. And they don't have the follow thing over their heads. this is only with good bodyguards, the normal ones work perfectly. any ideas on how to fix this?
