I've had a fairly decent look around, and used search and couldn't find anything entirely relevant to the problem I am having, so I have finally caved in and posted a thread.

I've used freeroam to put the .WAD in the right plave, changed the userst.ini to not use the level.wad, corrected the registry and nearly everything else.

However, whenever I attempt to open the map editor for a map or a region, the Progress bar shows for a second, and I get the 'program is not responding' message.

Have I missed something out, or is this just a problem with Windows 7?

Any help would be greatly obliged.
