That's the general user-error error. Something on your end is not right. In any case it is a prerequisite in some sense. Could be something isn't installed that needs to be, like .NET Framework 2.0 SP1 or later. Could be the game itself. Could be that you are running from your temp file directory, or from within the zip file, or that you tossed the DLLs or def.xml that come with the program. Whatever it is, it's user-error on your end. Something isn't set up right, you're neglecting to do something, or you're doing something wrong.

Unfortunately, I am not Miss Cleo. I am also not going to connect via Remote Assistance to see where the monkey wrench in your computer is, nor talk to you via Skype like unpaid tech support.
