Changing morality rewards from kills with FE. [message #64919]

Not sure if this has been brought up before, but does anyone know how to change the morality rewards from kills? eg. the +2 good from killing a bandit. I know it can be done, because I did it a while ago, but for the life of me I can't remember how.

Any help would be appreciated.
