Fable lagging badly [message #65642]

so my FableTLC is lagging hard and because you all are Fable professionals i ask this question here.
So problem comes when i'm running or get in fights when i run landscape won't load so it just big blurry... and it game seems to be running like fps 2 or something even if its not and in fights all most same problem without blurry landscape

My pc performance
Processor: AMD Phenom II X6 2.8 GHz
Ram: 4 GB
graphics gard: AMD Radeon HD 6700 series

So i think i should run this game whit max setting etc etc index.php?t=getfile&id=10504&private=0
