Making a new clothing Mesh [message #67143]

I am adding new clothes based off the apprentice armor but i don't want to replace the original one, I have finished the textures and the object creation but when i go to make a new shirt mesh it keeps crashing.

Wondering if someone could tell me what I'm doing wrong or could lead me to a thread that could help.
