It worked for me. It replaced the Bandit shirt, but the Find T/B quest recognized it as the regular bandit shirt to let me in the gate. The boots and gloves that looked the best with it, to me, are the Neutral Will User ones.
Great job, nice to see someone with the ability to do this type of thing be interested in putting forth the effort and share it with us.
