Dear members of the Fable Community,
BAD NEWS:
As we all know, OogaBoogaBooga over a year ago started to make a mod to update Fable known as Fable Anniversary. However, after some time the progress of the mod was completely halted and the mod that was supposed to bring Fable up-to-date has never been released. We are not certain if OogaBoogaBooga has passed away, got amnesia or if he just gave up, but we know thought that he has not been on since Thursday, 02 August 2012, 18:00 . So I send my best regards to OogaBoogaBooga and hope that what he has attempted to do will inspire us all to follow in his footsteps as a modder.
GOOD NEWS:
Lionhead Studios is releasing a complete overhaul on Fable: The Lost Chapters. The game is currently in development and it will even include new features to make the game more fluid such as lightning-fast loading screen times, the ability to save anywhere at anytime, a brand new interface and control settings from Fable II and Fable III. In addition, every single object will be updated with brand new graphics texture and models, the overall world updated with a better special effects and lighting system.
