To James Butts:That is the demon door Bordello. I took out everything there, then turned it into a fort by adding a wall of bandit ring gate doors. I have a lot of teleporters that go to that region so I also added a bed and all the wandering traders. Once I did all that I figured I should go all the way, so I added villagers, benches, tents, birds, and made a home for my hero. It is useless and silly, but I had the time and enjoyed doing it.

I removed the fences in Hook Coast, by accident I found the seagull. It is under the ground a bit, not far from the tavern. It doesn't move around, only twists it's head.

Mine disappear too, but if you increase the mesh detail settings, you get a higher range of visibility. You can also increase the RenderFadeDistance in the OBJECT/BUILDING entry.

What I'm currently puzzled with is how I did that reflection. I know that it worked once, I changed something (I forget what) and it was gone. I kept changing the RegionDef line in the WLD, the connecting REGION entry and the ENVIRONMENT_THEME_DAY entry trying to find something but I can't figure out what makes that reflection work.

OH! and question for jwc2200: Do you think u cud sed me the tng for ur home region or at least the scripts needed to spawn the walls, villagers, beds, etc. if not its fine but i kinda use the original of that area as a hangout and i would love to turn it into an actual place to rest my hero...especially if there happens to be a cullis-gate.

I open up Albion Explorer,Then go to HeroGuildComplexInside,then
I "click" On World Editor.And it say's Failed to Lode LVL,then it say's Failed to load Map.Have you extracted the "WAD" File.

It's right here. Keshire locked it almost two years ago because it had become a tangled mess of stuff and he didn't want to prune out the posts that didn't belong. I might do some pruning myself soon, just to keep the thread tidy.

It's not 3DS. FE/CBox doesn't import or export dynamic mesh through DirectX.
If you want custom dynamic mesh, you'll have to do it by hand with a hex editor.

It's 3DS for me. When I try to save a dynamic model as an .X file in 3DS, it crashes.

I think I just discovered a way to make a dynamic cape... And It will work because it doesn't involve touching the model at all.

I just found out that there is a different conversation if you hit Whisper after the Arena Quest instead of just talking to her, this happens in the Oakvale tavern. This screen shot is 4 combined, that's why the bottom looks weird.

Oh, well, here's my first attempt to create a Fable-based comic, it's called "Chicken Chaser's Modding Adventure" in this comic Chicken Chaser attempts to steal from the guild shop, because the prices are ridiculous and the guildmaster decides to teach the hero how to mod. [LINK TO THE COMIC]

As you can see, he's a gigantic hulking child.

Keep the Hero's bones and replace his model with the Guild Master, look at how he looks, isn't it funny?

Using the Photo Journal in Fable: The Lost Chapters: You can take screenshots during gameplay and view them in the Photo Journal. To take a screenshot, press the Print Screen key on your keyboard. To take a screenshot with the in-game HUD hidden, press Shift+Print Screen.

To view your screenshots

Press Esc to display the In-Game menu.
2. Click Photo Journal on the In-Game menu.

You can also view your screenshots by going to My Documents\My Games\Fable\<Profile-Name>\Photojournal. They are saved as .jpg files and named by the date and time you took them.

I was just doing some eye modding for my hero, trying to make him have maze's eyes without screwing with the scaling. So I gave the eyes the exact same texture and glow strength that maze's have. Somehow it screwed up, but it looks totally awesome.

That castle is the biggest visual-only thing I've ever built. It's made of of 30+ objects/buildings, the smallest of which is the Bronze Gate. It's base is more than 2x the size of GuildExterior.tng, where it is built.

Had a sword idea last night, made it in blender today, dreading the UV map due to the fact that I used cylinders for the tang, the top and bottom of which are made of a buttload of triangles, and because of the way it's made I have to map both the tops and bottoms of the tang pieces. Anywho, here's my image. If it's too big to go without spoiler tags, lemme know, I'll put em' in right away.
